TRASH TO TREASURE TUESDAY

Hello and welcome to another
Trash to Treasure Tuesday.
Taday,I have a bit of a spin on
my norm.Today we are going to
my favorite thrift store.For V-day
my hubby took me here and out for
a wonderful lunch at Salt Grass steakhouse.
I was so proud of him.I always have
to pick out where we go.This time it
was all his planning and it was all
my favorites.
This boutique and that is what it's
called is,"The Boutique" is in Rockwall,
Texas in the Helping Hands Thrift Store.
I hope they don't mind me saying,but
it used to be a mess.A new manager
came in and took over and you will see
what she has done.
In the back of helping hands is this
unusual wonderful shop.It is full of higher
quality goods for a mere price. It is very
small.Only 5 people allowed at a time.And
you usually have to wait in line. But oh
is it worth it.
I took some pictures while I was there so
and a picture truly is worth 1,000 words.
Here are the ladies that that worked there
of course.I thought it was really neat.I
explained that I had a blog and would like
to take pictures of the store to put in the
blog. The younger lady didn't know what a blog
was,but the older lady did. Here, here for our
side. Here are my pretties I bought Saturday.

Oh Deb,just look at those plates.

It just doesn't look like the normal
thrift store does it?

Each time I've been here,it is full to
the brim of anything and everything you
can imagine.THIS is where I find
most of my goodies.

You can even put your name on display items and when they're ready to sell them, they will call you.

And even a few clothes and purses.
Most of this is gold, and silver, very little is costume.

Here is what came home with me,plus a few items I've saving for other post.

This dish ....I put mt angel on top.

This is what it really looks like.

Isn't it lovely?
I know,I'm trying not to buy anymore roosters,
but who could not------------ buy this$3.00.

I love the texture on this.

James only purchase.Isn't it cute?50 cents.

I bought 3 of these little angels.$1.00 each.

Pleas go by and check out all the other
participants and Ms Diane,our talented
and lovely hostess @

What a fabulous store! You found some great stuff.

I would feel so guilty and bad for making someone wait while I spent hours browsing in this lovely shop. I would need to see everything before Ann got there, and scooped up all the best buys.

Hope your week is going well.
