LOVE your trash to treasure. I get so excited when I arrive at a garage sale, you never know what treasures await!

First to what I know. That pillow is gorgeous. Second, I'm not so sure about. Is there any evidence that wiring could have been threaded through the bottom. It looks like a lamp wannabe to me.

Ann, these are great treasures...The first one looks like it might have been a lamp base at one time..No matter it's my favorite...hugs ~lynne~

Looks like you got some great deals. I would have guessed the first was a lamp also. Like you said, maybe it was just made to be pretty.

Hi, Ann! I'm not sure what that first piece is. I might have guessed a lamp base, and if it's been drilled, then that "might" be what it is. It's neat whatever it is! I adore your pillow! So pretty! And the Fitz and Floyd piece is precious. Good finds!

XO,

Sheila

Trash to treasure? You ARE a panhandle soul!!! I love that! And I was born and raised in Borger and now live south of Dallas. I miss the breezes and being able to sleep with the windows open at night in the summer. I HATE the 5 million degree temps here in the summer with the 1 million% humidity. I love your blog and will be back for sure!!!!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I'm not a great photographer, just lucky sometimes with different settings. Our camera is an Olympus 1020 - the cheapest one we could find in Paris. Yes, our old camera gave out in Paris and we had to buy one at a horrible exchange rate. Bad planning on our part. Love your new treasures. I don't know what the first thing could be, but it has style; and the pillow is perfect. Take care, Sally
